It includes a two-store main residence of 90m² connected to a garden studio (37m²) by a pretty, shaded lawn. The studio lies in the center of the well-tendered garden offering amenities for the most demanding needs.

The garden shields the barbecue and dining area with a 16m² pergola. Simply walk out of the living room (18m²) through the patio doors, relax in the shade of the private terrace, or one step more relax on the sun beds of the sandy beach.
